RICAUTO founded the GIADI Group together with another 12 partners, a national network with twenty distribution platforms throughout Italy
Giadi came up with the idea of G-service, a networking programme dedicated to Italian car repairers.
Giadi acquired AD Italia, paving the way for the internationalisation of the group.
Top Car, Ricauto, Autodis Group (Autodistribution) and Ovam Group created a new joint-ownership company with the aim of bringing other independent Italian distributors into the group.
The strategy has been successful, the numbers don't lie:
€185 mln of consolidated turnover
310 affiliated sales outlets
The next steps:
To consolidate leadership of the Italian market through selective partner growth, to strengthen the logistic interchange system linking the 20 platforms, to integrate management systems and local e-commerce systems.
To develop a dedicated multi-skill service with highly qualified experts in a variety of sectors, from marketing to technical support and logistics.
To form a network of high-level workshops thanks to a combination of technical departments and marketing consultants teaching members how to give excellent assistance to motorists.
The network of workshops operates in conformance with European regulations as set out by AD International and takes advantage of international agreements, benefiting from, as happens with insurance companies, coverage on a European level.
